Research interests:

Fats and oils chemistry and technology. Fats and oils modification and health implications. Cold-pressed oils. Influence of raw material and technological factors on the quality of edible fats. Bioactive compounds in oilseeds and edible oils. Researching the potential of using alternative raw material sources for producing food rich in bioactive compounds, including exploring new, unconventional raw materials and processing technologies. Optimization and validation of analytical procedures. Food analysis.
