Research interests:

Qualitative and quantitative analysis of protein amino acids using UHPLC. Testing, separation and purification of proteins using FPLC (AKTA Pure). Determination of protein profiles (SDS-PAGE electrophoresis). Identification of allergenic and immunoreactive protein and peptide fractions, mainly legumes: soybean and narrowleaf lupine (Western blot, Slot-blot, ELISA). Activity of plant inhibitors. Analysis of the influence of polypeptide fractions of soybean and narrowleaf lupine added to feed on the immunoreactivity of raw materials of animal origin (milk/eggs).
