The influence of association colloids on autooxidative processes occurring in soybean oil. Investigation of the antioxidant potential of isoflavones, with particular emphasis on daidzein by spectrophotometry, fluorometry and dynamic light scattering (DLS) method.
 Quantitative and qualitative analysis of the profile of bioactive compounds in anatomical parts of hops by HPLC – UV/VIS method. The influence of phenolic compounds on animal organisms.
