Research interests:
Qualitative and quantitative analysis of amino acids (UPLC chromatography method). Determination of protein and peptide profiles by SDS-PAGE electrophoresis. Analysis and identification of protein and peptide fractions and allergens, mainly from legumes, eggs and poultry meat (Western blot, Slot-blot techniques). As part of my doctoral thesis, I analyze the amino acid, peptide and protein composition of chicken eggs, poultry meat and blood from hens fed feed containing different proportions of soybean meal and ground narrow-leaf lupin seeds.
