Research interests:

Lipid chemistry, including the free radical nature of the autoxidation process and the antioxidant effectiveness of native antioxidants, among others. active vitamin-E compounds, polyphenols in fatty systems with varying degrees of unsaturation. Research on the technology of edible fats and their durability in food products. Work carried out on the content of bioactive ingredients in genetically modified new rapeseed breeding lines. Food design.
