Scientific interest:
Food immunoreactivity mainly focus on allergenicity including food from non-conventional raw materials. The detection of coeliacotoxic peptides (gluten) and the identification of insect pests in stored grain. Immunoassay: ELISA, immunoblotting, slot-blot.
